▪️The Pentagon is considering deploying an additional 10,000 troops in addition to the 5,000 Marines and 2,000 paratroopers already sent to the region, according to the Wall Street Journal.
▪️This is far from the number needed for a full-scale invasion, but they could seize strategically important territories on the mainland or occupy an island.
