WATCH | ‘The Iranian people, when they don’t hear bombs, they’re upset … they want to hear bombs’
US President Donald Trump took questions from reporters during the White House Easter Egg Roll today while discussing the US-Israeli war on Iran, saying that US citizens who oppose the war are “foolish” and insisting that Iran cannot be allowed to obtain a nuclear weapon.
Speaking to the press at the event, Trump also said, “The Iranian people, when they don’t hear bombs go off, they’re upset. They want to hear bombs because they want to be free,” as he defended continued military aggression on Tehran that has resulted in the deaths of over 1,300 Iranians.
