Sharaa claims he has never targeted anyone except the “Syrian regime,” and asks the reporter whether she thinks he has “a strong past.

He also holds the “world” accountable because it “watched this tragedy unfold for 14 years, and couldn’t do anything to stop it,” and demands money for “support” as a consequence.
