US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has issued a stark warning regarding the International Criminal Court (ICC), accusing the tribunal of attempting to establish itself as an “unaccountable arbiter” that threatens US sovereignty. Rubio ended with a direct threat, saying that the US will “teach the ICC the full meaning of American resolve.”
