RUSSIA➡️MONGOLIA➡️CHINA – A legally binding memorandum has been signed on the construction of the Power of Siberia-2 and the Soyuz Vostok transit gas pipeline through Mongolia, Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller said. He explained why it took so long to sign the agreement on the Power of Siberia-2 project:
“You know, a project like this could not be resolved quickly. It will be the largest, most ambitious and most capital-intensive gas project in the world.”
