– ⏳ Early tester participation
– ⏳ Data validation and anti-abuse testing

Phase 2: Official Launch
– Deploy to @PsyopDaily main channel
– Backdate early tester bonuses
– Anchor first snapshot to Hive blockchain [will be eventually be automated – a PsyopDaily DAO Hive account will be made with hive power delegated to it]
– Publish full tier distribution data

Phase 3: Governance Interface
– Telegram Mini App for visualizing participation
– Community stats dashboard
– Proposal submission system

Phase 4: On-Chain Integration (TBD)
– Evaluate governance frameworks
– Potential token/DAO structure
– Off-chain accrual → on-chain representation
