NEW: A former rapper & singer, only identified as ‘John Doe,’ has filed a lawsuit against Diddy claiming the music mogul drugged & assaulted him at a nightclub in 2015.
“He realized he had been drugged & soon lost total consciousness,” the lawsuit says. When the alleged victim woke up, “his pants had already been removed” & he “believes that Combs had been performing oral sex on him because his penis was noticeably wet.”
An attorney for Combs called the allegations “ridiculous or demonstrably false.”
