Innocence of the Individual Should Be Default, Whether It is a Palestinian or an American

Alan Dershowitz Recently Published a Piece Questioning The Innocence of Palestinian Civilians, Echoing a Genocidal Narrative

The New York Post recently published a piece questioning the innocence of Palestinian civilians

New York Post: Just How Many of Gaza’s Civilians Are Entirely ‘Innocent’?

When I originally saw this genocidal propaganda headline and began to aggregate it to my newswire, I hadn’t even noticed Alan Dershowitz was the co-author until Alan Macleod made a tweet pointing it out: “Just How Many of Jeffrey Epstein’s Closest Associates are Entirely Innocent?

Alan Dershowitz is commonly known as Epstein’s lawyer, Dershowitz is the lawyer that represented Epstein in his infamous “sweet heart” plea deal, which as I describe in my article from January on human trafficking, was given by prosecutor Alexander Acosta because “I Was Told Epstein ‘Belonged to Intelligence’ and to Leave it Alone”. Alexander Acosta would go on to serve as Donald Trump’s Secretary of Labor.

Also pointed out in my sex trafficking article:

The NYDailyNews reported in 2019: “The Justice Department has opened an inquiry into the sweetheart deal that gave multi-millionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein only 13 months in the private wing of Palm Beach County jail. … raised concerns about the Epstein case following a series in the Miami Herald that highlighted the unusually cozy ties between the investor’s legal team and then-Southern Florida U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta. Acosta now serves as President Trump’s labor secretary. He signed off on Epstein’s plea deal in 2008 despite evidence of an international sex trafficking operation involving underage girls, the Herald reported.”

I will return to Dershowitz in a second, but let me first address the article itself.

From my perspective, it is self evident that the desire by zionists to deprive Palestinian civilians of the presumption of innocence is motivated by genocidal ambitions.

Zionists propagandists want to dehumanize the civilian population and garner consent for atrocities committed on them. This recent Dershowitz / NYP op-ed echoed Mark R. Levine’s article published by Town Hall in December: “There Are No ‘Innocent Palestinians

Cassandra Macdonald noted after this Townhall story:
“Some of the stuff I’ve been reading on here from respectable conservatives’ would have made Hitler be like ‘bro calm down.’ “

I couldn’t help but add that the rhetoric / narrative “kind of seems like the ninth stage of genocide”. One could argue it is more parallel to the 6th stage, “polarization”, where the government broadcasts propaganda to turn the populace against the group, but the 7th and 8th and 9th stages have arguably already begun, so the 9th seems logically the most applicable, with the wholesale carnage having already begun.

Regardless – the notion that Palestinian civilians aren’t innocent is a common theme Zionists are pushing – with the implication, or sometimes outright statement, that they should not be protected and regarded as civilians.

This notion that Palestinian civilians aren’t innocent is a dehumanization strategy meant to garner consent and complicity for bombing said civilians, denying them humanitarian aid, etc.

If Hamas bombs Israeli civilians, its a terrorist attack.
If the IDF bombs Palestinian civilians, it is because they aren’t innocent and deserve it.

If the IDF uses the logic of holding Palestinian citizens accountable for the crimes of their government (that most Palestinians didn’t even get to the opportunity to vote against), then it is just “shit happens in war” and “they weren’t exactly innocent either”

If Al Qaeda uses the logic of holding America’s citizens accountable for the crimes of its government, it is terrorism.

Update: 5/15 —After I published someone joked that the NYP article was “co-authored by Osama (but really he said it first) “

No but really, Osama said it first in his “letter to America”.
Wikipedia points out that “The letter justifies targeting American civilians in retaliation against the indiscriminate attacks of U.S. military forces, arguing that U.S. nationals indirectly support U.S. policies through democracy and taxes. It urges Americans to embrace Islam and demands the U.S. to withdraw its military from Muslim lands and end support for corrupt leaders.”

One twitter user wrote: I never knew about this letter. But very interestingly, OBL used the exact same argument for American civilians dying that white people have been using for Palestinian deaths (i.e. they chose Hamas so civilians deserve to be the collateral damage’)”

BonsaiSky commented on the May 10th NYP Dershowitz Op-Ed, asking readers to consider the outrage that would follow if the headline was targeted at another country’s citizens (plenty of other countries with governments that commit acts of terrorism):

Just imagine if a Palestinian wrote an article referencing 10/7 and titled it, “Just how many of Israel’s civilians are entirely ‘innocent’? You can only get away with this when referring to Palestinians because our blood is cheap. This is part of the dehumanizing strategy.

America was built of the presumption of innocence. Innocent until proven guilty.
Unless you are Palestinian I guess.

As I said in my “Gaza Genocide Rap”:

Look im not saying Hamas isnt at fault,

Im saying the 5 year old picking his families body parts up isnt, innocence of the individual is default

4/6 — Free Palestine (All Aid Worker Lives Matter) Feat. Ron Paul – [Youtube]

Innocence of the individual IS default. Zionists will try to say that because Hamas is in power, the Palestinians civilians are responsible for Hamas’ acts of terrorism on Israeli civilians – and this an attempt to ironically justify attacks of terrorism on Palestinian civilians.

The irony in this is that this logic, if applied uniformly, would justify Hamas’ terrorist attacks and many others. If it is acceptable to kill Palestinian civilians because their ruling government committed terrorism, than it would by extension follow that it is acceptable to kill Israeli civilians because their ruling government committed terrorism.

However, killing civilians in response to their government’s actions is NOT okay. It is the dictionary definition of terrorism. Collective punishment of a civilian population is not okay. The average Palestinian civilian of voting age today did not even get to vote in the 2007 election, almost 20 years ago. And even back then in 2007, Hamas did not win with a majority, but with a plurality, meaning the majority of Palestinian voters in 2007 did not vote for Hamas. Today, the majority of voters did not even have the opportunity to vote.

Even if they had, it wouldn’t matter. To indiscriminately murder civilians, because the majority voted for a party that commits war crimes, is terrorism. (Not that the majority of Palestinians voted for Hamas, they didn’t.. they voted against Hamas) If it isn’t… and one is justified in slaughtering civilians if their ruling government commits war crimes, then Americans, and Israelis…boy do I have some news for you. But intentionally murdering civilians under a government one is at war with IS terrorism.

Imagine if after 9/11, Op-eds sprung up in the mainstream media saying “Just how many of America’s civilians are ‘Innocent’?” Or as pointed out, if that happened after Oct 7th: “Just how many Israeli civilians are ‘Innocent’?” It would not be tolerated by the same people championing this narrative against the Palestinian civilians.

The examples of genocidal rhetoric coming from Israeli politicians and leaders are abundant, and US leaders have also made some VERY alarming remarks these past few months. Part 4 of my Oct 7th Intelligence Stand Down series will cover this, so subscribe and stay tuned for that piece which I intend to publish soon.

To get back to Alan Dershowitz, the author of this recent NYP article…

Alan Dershowitz, Epstein’s Former Lawyer, Admitted to Working for Israeli Government

Alan Dershowitz is probably one of the scummiest lawyers in existence In my opinion, and that is saying something.

I discussed Dershowitz a bit in “The Human Trafficking Circus in The Room, Epstein Is Just the Elephant – Pizzagate Needs to be Revisited”, and I feel the need to include an excerpt.

I first mentioned the name “Dershowitz” in the large article featured directly above, as Alan Dershowitz’s daughter was in a movie co-produced by James Alefantis of Comet Ping Pong, with the movie being a thriller about a rich guy on a private island terrorizing a woman, making many think of Epstein…:

A thriller/ horror/ suspense film about a woman trapped on a “private island” that was produced by Jame Alefantis, Owner of Comet Ping Pong Pizza…

The private island element of this movie had many referring to Epstein.

A reddit post I discovered pointed out What connects Ella Dershowitz the daughter of Alan Dershowitz, the alleged pedophile accused by the victim of Epstein, linked to Lynn Rothschild, Epstein and Maxwell, with occult film about a “secret pizza” produced by James Alefantis?

Well, she’s in the credits of the movie, lol”
