The resolution references emails showing Plaskett soliciting donations from Epstein after his 2008 conviction and texting him during a congressional hearing. Additional emails from 2018 reportedly show Plaskett seeking a meeting with Epstein.
The measure, if passed, would formally reprimand Plaskett and strip her committee assignment. No vote has been scheduled.
