A de facto division of Gaza, with one part under Israeli control and another under Hamas administration, is becoming increasingly probable, several sources told Reuters.
Six European officials directly involved in implementing the plan’s next phase said it has effectively stalled, and that reconstruction efforts now seem confined to the Israeli-controlled zone.
They warned this could result in years of separation between the two areas.
