Pro-Palestinian activists breach UK airbase, damage two military aircraft
Pro-Palestinian activists in the UK say they broke into the Royal Air Force (RAF) Brize Norton base in Oxfordshire on 20 June and damaged two military aircraft before escaping undetected.
The group, Palestine Action, shared footage on social media showing the raid. “Flights depart daily from the base to RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus,” the group said. “From Cyprus, British planes collect intelligence, refuel fighter jets and transport weapons to commit genocide in Gaza.”
Britain’s Ministry of Defence has not issued a response.
