Ahmed bin Sulayem advises Epstein he can assist with providing shoes with GPS integration to track “kids” and clients. Epstein responds with “thanks, great idea.”

Ahmed bin Sulayem is the CEO of the logistical giant DP World, which has ties to the Emirati military industrial complex.
