Maor Kringel, 26, conducted espionage for seven months and remained in contact with his Iranian handlers during the 12-day war in June.
Tal Amram, also 26, is another settler who was hired by Kringel.
Last week, American-Israeli Yaakov Perl was also charged with spying for Iran.
