“We are willing to discuss the final phase. Hamas will lay down its arms, its leaders will be allowed to leave Gaza, we will ensure Israeli security control over the Strip, and the Trump immigration plan will be implemented. That’s the plan. We’re not hiding it.”
Earlier, Hamas chief ,Khalil al-Hayya, emphasized that the displacement of Palestinians is completely unacceptable and negotiation on weapons of resistance is a red line.
