In an interview on Thursday, Liberman said weapons were being sent to criminal groups linked to ISIS, possibly without cabinet approval. He said the Shin Bet chief was aware, but it’s unclear if the army chief knew. KAN reported the weapons were meant to help these groups fight Hamas. The Shin Bet did not respond.
