He emphasized that Lebanon must implement necessary reforms and meet International Monetary Fund (IMF) conditions to qualify for international aid.
Regarding the security situation, Aoun called for both sides to respect the ceasefire agreement, highlighting Israeli violations in five disputed border areas. He stressed the importance of France, the US, and other partners ensuring stability.
