 ⭕️ Iran’s Armed Forces said a US F-35 fighter jet was shot down over central Iran using an advanced air defense system, in a statement announced by the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said a second advanced US F-35 fighter jet was shot down over central Iran by a modern aerospace air defense system, adding that the aircraft belonged to the Lakenheath squadron and was completely destroyed upon impact, with the pilot’s fate unknown due to the extent of the wreckage.

There has been no confirmation or comment from the US side. Earlier, CENTCOM denied that an aircraft had been targeted/downed near Qeshm Island.
