 ❗️Venezuela prepares guerrilla-style resistance and chaos plans in case of US attack

Sources told Reuters and internal planning documents show Venezuela is arming itself and preparing either guerrilla-style resistance or efforts to create chaos if the US launches an air or ground assault.

The guerrilla campaign, described by the government as “prolonged resistance” and referenced on state TV, would deploy small forces at more than 280 sites to carry out sabotage and other irregular tactics, according to the sources and planning papers.

A second approach, labeled “anarchization,” would rely on intelligence agencies and armed supporters of the ruling party to foment street disorder in Caracas and render the country ungovernable for foreign forces, one government source and an opposition-linked source said.
