“The statements of the terrorist war minister Katz, in which he declared that anyone remaining inside Gaza City will be classified either as a fighter or a “supporter of terrorism,” represent a blatant embodiment of arrogance and contempt for the international community and for the principles of international and humanitarian law. They are a prelude to escalating the war crimes his army is committing against hundreds of thousands of innocent residents of the city—women, children, and the elderly.

What the leaders of the fascist occupation—war criminals—are perpetrating against our people in the Gaza Strip, especially in Gaza City, constitutes a crime of ethnic cleansing and systematic forced displacement, carried out with brutality before the eyes and ears of the entire world.

The brutal Zionist military campaign against Gaza City continues through the bombing of homes over their inhabitants and the committing of massacres. The most prominent today are the massacre of the Abu Kamil family in al-Daraj neighborhood, the massacre at al-Falah school in al-Zaytoun neighborhood, the targeting of the civil defense team there, and the targeting of a water truck that led to the martyrdom of a number of citizens. This is in addition to ongoing heavy bombardment across different areas of the Strip and successive massacres in central and southern regions.

The international community, along with Arab and Islamic states, must act immediately to stop these grave and unprecedented violations, to take measures that deter the terrorist occupation entity and force it to end its crimes, and to push for its fascist leaders to be prosecuted for their crimes against humanity.”
