Iraq and Exxon Mobil are set to sign an agreement on Wednesday to manage, develop, and operate the Majnoon oil field in southern Iraq, three Iraqi officials familiar with the matter told Reuters.
The deal will also cover the enhancement of Iraq’s southern oil export infrastructure, along with a profit-sharing arrangement for crude oil and refined products trading, the sources said.
