-Roy Navon, Goldman Sachs’ VP from 1997 to 2002, then Managing Director for JPMorgan.
-Jacob Frenkel, Governor of the Bank of Israel from 1991 to 2000 and economist / advisor since 2000.
Both appear to have met Netanyahu shortly after this mail.
