 🚨🇺🇸 DOJ ADMITS IT HAS RELEASED LESS THAN 1% OF EPSTEIN FILES

The U.S. Department of Justice filed a letter to the court today admitting it has released only 12,285 documents out of more than 2 million potentially responsive to the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

That’s less than 1%.

The legal deadline for release?

December 19, 2025. That date has come and gone.

What the DOJ says:

Over 400 lawyers across the Department are now dedicating “all or a substantial portion of their workday” to reviewing documents.

125 lawyers in the Southern District of New York.

Dozens more from offices in Florida.

100+ specially trained FBI document analysts assisting.

The materials include internal emails, FBI interview notes, draft charging documents, Bureau of Prisons materials, court filings, and “various forms of media.”

The excuse:

The DOJ says documents “vary widely” in type and size, and victim privacy must be protected.

They’ve compiled a list of “hundreds of individuals” whose names should be redacted.

The bottom line:

Congress passed a law requiring transparency.

The deadline passed.

99% of the files remain unreleased.
