➡️The US-backed Gaza plan, while endorsed by the UN, functions less as a peace initiative and more as an occupation management framework that systematically undermines Palestinian statehood prospects. The agreement preserves Israeli military dominance while offering Palestinians only managed quiet under continued control.

➡️The proposed International Stabilization Force operates under Israeli operational authority rather than independent UN mandate, focusing exclusively on disarming Hamas while allowing Israel unrestricted military freedom. This creates a fundamentally asymmetric arrangement where Palestinians surrender resistance capacity without gaining political leverage.

➡️Arab world acceptance, particularly Saudi Arabia’s endorsement despite rhetoric supporting Palestinian statehood, reflects geopolitical pragmatism rather than confidence in the plan. Riyadh’s priority remains securing major non-NATO ally status and advanced weapons systems from Washington, requiring normalization with Israel despite the plan’s failure to provide a credible path to sovereignty.
