 ❗️Activists disabled the car and defaced the driveway of John Acree, the Interim Executive Director of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF).

Originally appointed as Head of Mission, Acree is among the few senior leaders still in place since former Executive Director Jake Wood and Chief Operating Officer David Burke vacated their positions.

Acree’s credentials include managing USAID’s “Stabilization Office” in Afghanistan during the US war, where he “facilitated a strong civilian-military partnership with the US military’s Special Forces Command and the US Embassy,” according to his LinkedIn profile.
